By using the Website, You agree to the Terms, as amended from time to time.     3. The Website provides information regarding “POINT” workspaces, offices, and meeting rooms, including locations, amenities, and design concepts (the “Services“). The Website allows Users to view details about the workspaces, contact the Company, and schedule tours. Please note: The content presented on the Website, including images, simulations, architectural plans, metrics, calculations, and descriptions of the workspaces, is for general informative and illustrative purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, representation, or commitment by the Company. The actual layout, design, and availability of the workspaces may vary. Any binding transaction regarding the rental or use of workspaces shall be subject to a separate written agreement signed between You and the Company.
  3. Booking and Contact
    4. The Website may allow You to submit contact forms or request to schedule a tour or meeting. Submission of such requests does not guarantee availability of any specific workspace or time slot, nor does it constitute a reservation of space until confirmed by Us in a separate agreement. We reserve the right to accept or reject any inquiry at Our sole discretion.
  4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its content, including video materials, text, photos, logos, graphical displays, designs, sound, figures, trademarks, simulations, models, metrics, calculations, analyses and any other content embodied in the Website are protected by Our intellectual property rights or those of third parties. As between You and Us, We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Website. The use of the Website does not confer on You any of the intellectual property rights embodied in the Website, other than the right to use the Website in accordance with these Terms.
